In our ongoing quest to meet the
shelter requirements of industry, CPS introduces a new Control Building line.
These pre-assembled structures are
as sophisticated in design as the equipment they house. Durable, weatherproof, climate controlled,
pressurized, non-combustible and structurally strong. CPS Control Buildings offer a wide variety of sizes and options
to suit your individual specifications.
Framing
All steel, non-combustible floor,
walls and roof framing or fire protected wood frame. Combination
of wood and steel also available. Floor loading from 100 lbs./sq.
ft. or more.
Skids
Steel rails or channels.
Exterior
Steel siding and roofing with baked
enamel finish in stock or custom colours and finishes. Siding thicknesses in all gauges between 28
gauge and 18 gauge.
Aluminum and fibreglass finishes
also available.
Doors
Heavy-duty steel doors and frames
with insulated cores.
Windows
Steel or wood frames with all types
of wired, safety or insulated glass.
Interiors
Floors available in steel or
aluminum checkerplate, vinyl tile or noise absorbing rubber matting. Wall coverings include options of 20 or 26
gauge steel or aluminum, pre-finished and fire-rated “X” type gyproc wall
board. Ceiling material choices offered
are 20 or 26 gauge steel or aluminum, pre-finished and fire rated “X” type
gyproc wall board or non-combustible lay-in tile T-bar ceiling systems.
